Belt Analyst- CEMA/DIN Calculations

Select which calculation method you want to use.

CEMA Standard was first published by CEMA in 1965 and has been used successfully since. CEMA recommends this method with conveyors up to 1 km (3000 ft) long, fabric reinforced belting and single drive location.

CEMA Universal was first published in the 6th Edition in 2005. It can be used on any conventional belt conveyor application inlcuding any length or capacity, with multiple drive locations including intermediate drives.

DIN 22101 is from Germany. We offer a true version where the user can input the "f" factor on the carry and return sides. We also offer a modified version that can adjust "f" for belt speed and temperature. It also modifies "f" for each flight based on the belt tension.
